A friend passed on the link to make these little birds. As soon as the kids saw them, they asked for one each. I had them choose their fabrics from my stash: Neva chose the turquoise fish and purple belly; Hugh chose pumpkins with orange floral belly; and Rory chose blue with swirls and dragonflies for the belly. The pattern was simple and straightforward, and the end result is pretty cute, if I do say so myself.Pattern: Mister Blue Bird
