Straightforward and easy. Neva knew what she wanted to be, chose the fabric in a flash, and we had this sucker completed before October even began. It barely required a pattern, but I do always like having someone else's plan for where to cut etc. I used a pattern for the hood and dress, and just cut a circle for the poncho. She is delighted.Pattern: McCall's 6421
